National/Local Sales Managers

In this position, you will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales with the organization’s products and/or services. You will work with recruiters to develop and maintain a flow of qualified positions for candidate pipelines. The sales manager will be responsible for managing his/her own territory and sales pipeline. As a sales manager, you will negotiate and finalize client contracts while maintaining profitable margins.  We prefer sales managers with experience in the staffing industry or in a related field and that have an understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the industry. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your goals. You will work independently, remotely and we offer flexible hours.
