• Provide full life-cycle McAfee product engineering support, including: Product Evaluation, Product Deployment, Configuration and Maintenance, and Tier 3 Support
• Develop technical documentation including, but not limited to:
• Stakeholder requirements documentation
• System architecture diagrams (Visio)
• Test plans
• Installation/Deployment Procedures
• Deployment schedules
• System performance analysis
• Navigate client change control processes with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Coordinate with other intersecting organizations, assist user community, communicate with vendors, and adapt to a technically challenging environment

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain “Public Trust” level clearance. (SF-85 and SF-86 submission required).
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, IT Security, Network Systems Technology or related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) to seven (7) years of directly related experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and certifications.
• 4+ years of experience in IT design, engineering, configuration, development and support
• Demonstrated experience architecting, deploying, and supporting McAfee products: ENS, VSE, HIPS, ePO
• Familiarity with SQL Databases
• Interact effectively with stakeholders
• Strong organizational and interpersonal relationship skills
• English language fluency, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with McAfee Device Control and MOVE
• CISSP or other IT Security certification
• Experience with enterprise Change Management processes
• Programming and/or scripting language experience
• ePO SQL Database Troubleshooting skills
