I oversee Engineering for a small but high growth startup organization. We’re a unique company with specific needs, with our open positions typically requiring additional screening for fit, skill, and availability. Thus it’s challenging to efficiently screen and onboard talent.
My organization engaged The Hire Group in May of this year.
